How do I
place an order online?
1. Choose your Product and Get Pricing.
- Go to the Product Order Page.
- Each product option (paper, size, color, quantity, etc,) has a
drop down menu beside it. Click the menu to expand and view your
options.
- Select your product specifications.
- The price of your order is displayed automatically after you've
selected all your product specs.
- To get your shipping rate, click the link"Calculate".
A window will open where you can enter your zip code. Click
the"Calculate" button to display
the shipping methods available and the corresponding charge.
2. Upload your file and Complete your Billing & Shipping
Information
- Click on the "Attach Files" button on the order page.
- Enter your contact details in the appropriate fields.
- Click on the "Browse" button to start attaching your
files.
- Upload all necessary files (graphics, artwork, text, etc) for
your order. Check our File Preparation Guide to ensure your files
are complete and print-ready.
- Click on the "Submit" button when you're done.
- You will then be directed to the Shopping Cart Page where you
can view a summary of your order including the product type,
quantity and price.
- Please review your order summary carefully.
- To proceed, click on the "checkout" button.
- You will then be directed to the Delivery Information page.
Please check your Shipping Address. Select your shipping method and
enter all information needed for delivery. To proceed, click on the
"continue" button.
- On the Billing Information page, please check your Billing
Address. Enter your payment information in the appropriate fields.
To proceed, click on the "continue" button.
- Please review our Terms and Conditions. Then, click the box that
says "I have read and agree with the Terms and
Conditions."
- Click the "Confirm Order" button to place your order.
3. Approve your Proof
- Once you have placed your order, you will be prompted by email
that a proof has been uploaded to your account 1 business day after
we receive your digital files.
- Your proof can be downloaded by logging in to your BrochuresPrintingOnline account, go to job management, then select the invoice that is for review click the link for the proof then download. Please review your digital proof carefully.
- When your 100% satisfied, click the "approved" button
on the invoice.
- Please note that when you approve a proof, your print job is
sent to press. Once in production, changes cannot be made and
turnaround time of your print job begins.
4. Waive Proof
- If you want your job to be processed immediately you have the
option of waiving your proof. To do this do not check the Get PDF
proof box after you have uploaded the file. In doing so your job
will be forwarded to production the same time you have successfully
uploaded your file.
- Important: Only go through this option if you are 100% sure that your file is good for print. BrochuresPrintingOnline will not be held liable for any errors that may occur in printing if you digital file has a problem.

product's features and specifications.

How do I

- We offer instant online pricing on our products. On the Product
Order page, the price of your order is displayed automatically after
you've selected all your product specs (paper, size, color,
quantity, etc.)
- You can also request for custom quotes for your custom print
jobs, by clicking the link"Email this Quote"
found on every product page.

shipping methods do you offer?
We use UPS Service for shipping. We can ship anywhere in the
continental USA by:
- UPS Ground
1-5 days on-time delivery on mainland USA based on distance to
location
- UPS 3 Day Select
Guaranteed delivery within three business days to 48 contiguous
states
- UPS 2nd Day Air
Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50
states
- UPS 2nd Day Air AM
Guaranteed Two-day Delivery by 10:30 AM or 12:00 Noon to commercial
destinations.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
Guaranteed on-time Next Day delivery by 3:00 PM.
- UPS Next Day Air
Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 AM, 12:00 Noon, or the end of
next business day depending on location
- UPS Next Day Air Early AM
Guaranteed Early Morning Delivery by 8:00 AM in 48 contiguous states

Absolutely. Our site is protected by Verisign, the leading authority
in e-commerce security. Using Verisign's SSL technology, all online
transactions on our site are completely secured and encrypted for
privacy. You can see our VeriSign Secured Site Seal on the bottom of
our web pages. We understand your concern about giving your credit
card information online and we'd like to assure you that shopping
with us online is 100% safe and secure.
What are instance when you refuse an order?
Yes. Orders with offensive, indecent and improper material will be
refused. Any material which in our opinion may be of an illegal
nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party will not
be printed. Under our Terms & Conditions, the Customer accepts
full legal liability for the content of material processed and
printed on the Customer's behalf and under the Customer's
instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our
discretion.
Turnaround Time
The estimated production turnaround advertised on this site is based
on the typical number of hours or days that a print job is completed
under normal circumstances, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays.
Production would start when all of the following are met: all print-ready artwork is uploaded, full payment is received and in cases so requested by the customer or required by BrochuresPrintingOnline, when the proof is approved online through customer's account or by email. For orders where a hard copy proof has been requested, the signed proof should be received by BrochuresPrintingOnline on or before the cut-off time.
Production turnaround for orders and/or proofs that are approved
after 12 noon for 1-day turnaround jobs, and 5 PM for jobs with at
least 2 days for the turnaround is counted starting the next business
day.
Note that transit time for shipping is always additional to
production turnaround and it is therefore advised that this be taken
into consideration upon placing the order.
While we exercise due diligence to meet your target finished date,
unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of equipments,
illness, inclement weather and other occurrences may impact our
ability to meet the deadline.
